We have chosen to celebrate Calabria, its history, and its unique identity by focusing on simple, traditional foods. Our goal is to rediscover the family rituals and gestures passed down through generations—from grandfather to grandson—just as we do with the art of the ancient tuna masters.
To achieve this, we partnered with companies close to us, both geographically and historically: small, family-run businesses rooted in Calabria. This meaningful collaboration has led to the creation of Sardanelli’s Calabrian Tarallini, Frese, and Fileja.

All these traditional Calabrian products can be purchased either individually or as part of the ‘Pacco della nonna’ (Grandma’s Box), a box containing our specialities.
