Carefully selected and packed by hand, Sardanelli Tuna Fillets are produced through the meticulous processing of the prized yellowfin tuna species, characterised by its tenderness, pink colour and the unique, delicate flavour of its flesh.
The whole fish is processed entirely in Italy, at our factory in Maierato, where, with care and attention, we follow the ancient tradition and art of the master tuna processors, resulting in a product with an unrivalled flavour, in keeping with the Sardanelli philosophy.
Steaming also ensures that all the fish’s nutritional properties are preserved.
To satisfy the most discerning palates, the fillets are available in olive oil, extra virgin olive oil (including organically grown varieties) and plain, low-fat versions.
They are available in glass jars in 105g, 190g, 300g and 540g sizes
